The instant writ petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:

"A. Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature thereof setting aside the Order dated 27/07/2024; B. Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature thereof directing the respondents to re-adjudicate the said proceedings in due compliance with the provisions of law;

C. Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature thereof setting aside the Order dated 25/04/2024 bearing order ref no. Z.D070424056284F;

D. Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.

E. Pass any other further order, this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." On the last occasion, we had queried learned counsel representing the writ petitioner in respect of the delay caused in approaching this Court.

The record would reflect that after the passing of the original order the petitioner had also applied for rectification. The rectification application also came to be dismissed after due consideration by the respondents. It is also not averred by the writ petitioner that it was not placed on due notice of the proceedings which had been drawn by the respondents.

In view of the above, we find no justification to entertain the writ petition. It shall stand dismissed.
