The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorized construction at property bearing House No. 150, Bharat Nagar, Delhi110052. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that a demolition order qua the said unauthorized construction has already been issued on 19.12.2023. He submits that the requisite demolition action in respect of the unauthorized construction shall be taken in accordance with law, if not already taken.

Let the requisite demolition action be taken by the MCD within a period of four weeks from today.
