The present petition raises a grievance as regards the alleged unauthorized construction being carried out at the property bearing No.29, Sunder Park, Gali No.2, Shastri Nagar, Geeta Colony, Delhi-110031. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that the demolition order regarding the unauthorized construction in the shape of ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor and fourth floor of property in question was passed on 30.01.2024. He submits that the demolition action in respect of the property is scheduled on 22.02.2024. 3.

Taking note of the aforesaid submissions and binding the respondent/MCD thereto, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

Needless to say, the concerned SHO, PS Geeta Colony shall render the requisite assistance to the MCD for carrying out the requisite action.
