Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.321/2022 dated 23.08.2022, registered at PS Shahdara, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of IPC, 1860 and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. 2.
When asked, learned counsel for the petitioners, in all fairness, submitted that charge-sheet has been filed and subsequently, Section 506 IPC was added. She also submitted that the matter is now fixed for consideration of charges.

According to her, even as per the bare allegations, no offence is revealed. However, all such aspects can always be highlighted by the petitioners before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge. 4.
After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, does not press the CRL.M.C. 1309/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. present petition and states that she would raise all the contentions, taken in the present petition, before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge.

Learned Trial Court is also requested to expedite the ascertainment of charges, after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the sides. 8.
