The learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) has handed over the Status report dated 15.03.2025 across the Board on behalf of the State. The same has been taken on record. 2.

A copy has been furnished to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, as the Parole, during the pendency of the present petition, has been rejected by the Competent Authority vide the Order dated 26.12.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the dismissal Order dated 26.12.2024 was not received by the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh, if needed.
