O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 These are the cross appeals arising out of the same award. The parties have mutually agreed that the entire award amount along with accrued upto date interest and deposited by the appellant insurance company shall go to respondent No.1-claimant. Settled amount be released in favour of respondent No.1 claimant inconsonance with the terms of the

award.

The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000 along with interest, if any, accrued shall also be refunded to the insurance company. The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeals shall stand disposed of.
