By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking quashing of FIR No. 464/2024, registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas, Delhi under Sections 323/341/506/354/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC‟) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 4.

petitioners and respondents no. 2 to 7 following which the present FIR came to be registered. It is stated that a cross FIR bearing No. 482/2024 has also been registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas, Delhi under Sections 323/341/506/354/34 of the IPC. This Court has been informed that the said cross FIR has been quashed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Thereafter, with the intervention of well wishers and relatives, both the parties have resolved & settled their all disputes with each other. 5.

The concerned Joint Registrar (Judicial) has already recorded the statements of the parties on 27.03.2025, regarding the agreement entered into voluntarily between the parties.

Considering the same, the parties are present in-person and have been identified by their counsels and the Investigating Officer (IO) concerned. 7.

The complainants, who are present before this Court state that they have no objection, if the present FIR is quashed. 8.

In view of the above facts, and the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion and also the fact that the parties are neighbours, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose will be served by continuing the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 464/2024, registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas, Delhi under Sections 323/341/506/354/34 of the IPC and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 10.
