% 29.04.2026 CRL.M.A. 13377/2026 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the applicant/petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition; with liberty to file afresh for the same relief before the learned trial court.

For the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by the affidavit, the application is allowed.
