% 21.03.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that since the impugned order dated 14th February, 2020 in W.P. (C) 5906/2018 passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court has been already implemented, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners vehemently opposed the said submission contending to the effect that the said order has not been fully implemented and that the issues of certain benefit and regularization of the petitioner on the different posts are yet to be implemented.

this stage, prayed that the petitioners may be granted the liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of the grievance which is not opposed on behalf of the respondents.

Heard both the parties and perused the record and the affidavit which has been taken on record.

In view of the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents and the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioners with no objection on behalf of the respondents, the instant petition stands disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority within a period of two weeks for further redressal of his grievance.
