Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0253/2022 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at PS: South Rohini, Delhi, on merits.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that parties are in medication therefore, none is present on behalf of the parties. 3.

Learned ASC for the State, on instructions from IO, submits that Chargesheet has already been filed on 26.06.2024. 4.

Since Chargesheet already stands filed, nothing more survives in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of along with pending Applications, with liberty to the parties to raise their respective contentions before the learned Trial Court.
