O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that the respondents be directed to expeditiously process the application of the petitioner for registration of the petitioner as an Indian Citizen under Section 5(1)(a) of the Citizenship Act, 1955.

In the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.1, it has been brought out that the application of the petitioner seeking Indian Citizenship has already been processed and a communication dated 27.05.2024 has been issued, which reads as under :- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

A copy of the said communication has also been forwarded to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in the process of satisfying the conditions referred to in the above-mentioned communication dated 27.05.2024. He submits that another four to five weeks shall be required by the petitioner for the said purpose. 5.

Upon the petitioner complying with the said conditions, let an intimation be duly sent by the petitioner to the respondents whereupon any remainder action that is required to be taken for the purpose of grant of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
