Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the learned Trial Court. The charges in this case were framed on 31.03.2023. It is stated that only prosecutrix has been partly examined in this case. 2.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and decide the case within eight months on the condition that neither of the parties will seek unnecessary adjournments.
