O R D E R

% 16.03.2016 Vide order dated 02.09.2015, the Hon'ble Court has, inter-alia, passed the following orders:- "xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx 5.

We note that in RFA (OS) No.12/2015 a meagre court fee in sum of Rs.254/- has been paid. We have already extended the time to make up the deficiency while allowing IA No.1582/2015. The decree is in the sum of Rs.1 crore and the requisite court fee would be Rs.99,944/-. 16.

Copy of this order would be sent to the Registrar General of this Court who would ensure that if within 30 days from today the appellants do not make up the deficiency in the court fee payable in the appeals, steps are taken to realize the court fee payable."

The appellant has already paid court fee of Rs. 254/- vide e-court receipt No.DLCT0514A1545R451 dated 05.01.2015.

In compliance of the order dated 02.09.2015, passed by the Hon'ble Court the appellant has deposited the following court fees:-

1. Rs.20,000/- vide e-court receipt No. DLCT2828K1552K708 dated 28.11.2015.

2. Rs. 40,000/- vide e-court receipt No. DLCT2751K1542P912 dated 27.11.2015.

3. Rs.38,900 vide e-court receipt No.DLCT2057B1607L350 dated 20.02.2016.

4. Rs.900 vide e-court receipt No.DLCT1007C1603O665 dated 10.03.2016.

The total court fees paid by the Appellant is Rs.1,00,054/-. The requisite court of Rs.99,944/- has been paid by the Appellant, in terms of order dated 02.09.2015of the Hon`ble Court. Order of the Hon`ble Court has been complied with. VINOD GOEL REGISTRAR GENERAL MARCH 16, 2016 ss
