Mr. Wajid Khan and Mr. Sajid Khan, who are real brothers, appeared in person along with their Counsels. They jointly submit that they have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 27.09.2024 wherein, they have resolved the controversy amicably.

The Court, therefore, finds it appropriate to dispose of the instant appeal in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.09.2024. 3.
