O R D E R

% 16.11.2018 Both appeals arise out of the same judgment of the trial court. There is no appearance on behalf of the appellants on the matters being called out. From the record, it appears, these appeals were last taken up in the court on 23.10.2017 when similar situation prevailed. The learned single judge then in seisin of the matters directed the same to be notified for 08.11.2017.

From the proceedings recorded in Crl.Appeal No. 376/2002, it appears court notice was to be issued to the appellant and to his counsel. No report on the said processes has returned.

There are no proceedings on the file of 08.11.2017. It is not clear whether or not these files were listed before the court on the said date. Registrar (Appellate) shall give an explanatory report. Non-bailable warrant against the appellants with notices to their sureties shall issue for 14th December, 2018, to be executed by the SHO of the concerned police station.
