% 05.07.2017 It is stated by learned counsel for the DTC that report of the Committee appointed by the Government of NCT of Delhi with respect to the certificates issued by the doctors in Guru Nanak Eye Centre is inconclusive. The counsel for CBI states that the inquiry and investigations carried on by it are with respect to the licences issued by the RTO. W.P.(C) No.470/2014
The Court is also informed that the Supreme Court has reversed the orders of the Division Bench of this Court but at the same time directed further inquiry in respect of the drivers while not permitting them to rejoin duties. In view of the submissions made by counsel, no further orders are required in the present proceedings.
