The petition has been placed before the Court by the Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 27.08.2015 that the petitioners have not filed their affidavits by way of evidence or deposited the costs of Rs.8,000/- imposed on them on 20.04.2015. The position remains the same today. The petitioners have not made compliances by filing their affidavits by way of evidence and nor are they represented through counsel.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
