This is a petition filed under section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking directions to the learned JMFC, Central District Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to decide the Protest Petition filed by the petitioner in case titled as "State vs. Final Report" arising out of FIR No. 23/2014. 2.

On perusing the record, it appears that the protest petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2016 and the arguments have been heard. 3.

I am of the view that 9 years is a long time to decide a protest petition.
