% 06.08.2025 Petition herein is for quashing of an FIR No. 74/2020 dated 05.03.2022 for alleged offences under Sections 376, 354A, 201, 34 IPC and Section 6/10 POCSO Act registered at Police Station Karol Bagh. None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out for hearing.

In fact, the order sheet reflects that similar was the condition on immediately past two consecutive hearings i.e. 12.12.2024 and 15.04.2025. It seems that petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition. The petition is accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
