% 22.03.2016 The present petition came up for hearing on 31st January, 2014 when the case was adjourned for placing on record copy of the impugned order.

On 21st April, 2014, again time was sought by learned counsel for the petitioner for placing on record the impugned order. On 25th August, 2014, the case was adjourned on behalf of the petitioner for addressing arguments. None had appeared on behalf of the parties when the matter was listed on 20th January, 2015. On 20th April, 2015, request for adjournment was sought on the ground that the learned arguing counsel for the petitioner was unwell. On 3rd September, 2015, notice was issued to the respondents for 4th December, 2015. On 4th December, 2015, as steps were not taken by the petitioner, fresh notice was again issued to the respondents. Today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite the

matter having been passed over thrice. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of the present matter. The present petition and application are dismissed for nonprosecution. P.S.TEJI, J MARCH 22, 2016 aa
