% 02.03.2016 By way of present petition under Article of the Constitution of India the petitioner seeks directions to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3/ bank to release the interest amounting to Rs.2,34,023.29/- along with future interest calculated at the rate of 8% qua delay in releasing the arrears of stagnation increment and other benefits to the petitioner.

After some arguments, Mr. Saurabh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a suit for recovery.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
