Learned counsel for both the sides inform that the matter has been amicably settled under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation Centre and in terms of the above said settlement, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition.

It is also submitted that in terms of such settlement, even the suit has already been withdrawn by the plaintiff i.e. respondent herein. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as having become infructous in view of the above said settlement and the fact that the suit has already been withdrawn.
