The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the contentions, raised before this Court in the present petitions, have also been raised in CRL. REV. Nos.175/2022, 182/2022 and 173/2022, pending before the learned Trial Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petitions.

Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to raise all the contentions in the petitions pending before the learned Trial Court, as per law. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 3.
