This is a joint application on behalf of the parties seeking a consent decree as per terms of compromise enumerated in paragraph No. 2 of the application.

The aforenoted application is duly supported by affidavits of the Authorized Representatives of the parties. Counsel mentioned in the appearance above, confirm the compromise and pray that the suit be decreed in terms thereof.

The Court has perused the terms of the compromise, as recorded in paragraph No. 2 of the application, and finds the same to be lawful. 4.
Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of Plaintiff and against the Defendants in terms of paragraph No. 55(i) to (iv) of the plaint, read along with the compromise terms mentioned in paragraph No. 2 of the application, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the compromise. 5.
Decree sheet be drawn up.

In paragraph No. 5(ii) of the application, which is duly signed by the Plaintiff and is supported by an affidavit, it is prayed that court fee be refunded in the name of Plaintiff's counsel. Accordingly, Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of court fee to the Plaintiff in the name of their counsel.
