The present suit is listed on an Office Note dated 23.04.2025 wherein it is reflected that in the order dated 25.03.2025, the date of Settlement Agreement has been inadvertently mentioned as 13.03.2025 instead of 03.02.2025 at paragraphs 5 and 10. 2.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application, paragraphs 5 and 10 of the order dated 25.03.2025 are modified/ amended and henceforth be read as under:- "... ...5. It is also worthwhile to mention that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 03.02.2025.

10. Needless to mention the Settlement Agreement dated 03.02.2025 shall form part of the decree sheet. ... ..." 3.

Accordingly, the Office Note is discharged.
