This appeal is filed on behalf of the Appellant under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Rule 156 of the Trade Mark Rules, 2017 challenging orders dated 06.10.2025 and 10.07.2025 passed in trademark application no. 5599573.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Appellant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present appeal to file a fresh appeal on the same cause of action with complete and better particulars.
