Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. He further submits that the first installment in terms of the said settlement has also been received by the petitioner. 2.

He submits that though the matter can be disposed of, however, in case the entire amount in terms of the settlement are not received, the petitioner be granted liberty to revive the present petition. 3.

Accordingly, considering the submissions made before this Court, the present petition is disposed of, noting the aforesaid. 4.

However, it is clarified that, in case, any payments remain due and payable to the petitioner, in terms of settlement between the parties, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present proceedings.
