The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of respondent no 1 seeking correction in the Order dated 07.04.2025, to the extent of marking appearance of Mr. Niraj Kumar, the learned counsel for the respondent no. 1.
