Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes before the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 25.09.2023. The same has been placed on record, as per which, the entire amount has been received by the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent acknowledges the aforesaid factum of receipt of entire settlement amount. 3.
Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that while seeking bail, the appellant had initially deposited Rs.50,000/-, and another sum of Rs.50,000/- was deposited during the pendency of the present appeal. He submits that although one payment of Rs.50,000/- has been adjusted towards the total settlement amount, the remaining Rs.50,000/- alongwith the interest accrued, if any, thereupon be released to the appellant. Ordered accordingly. 4.
In view of the above, the present appeal along with any pending applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
