This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "(a) Pass an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ seeking quashing of the impugned Withdrawal order dated 16.05.2025 in respect of Petitioner institution passed by the Respondent No.2 /SRC whereby the Respondent No.2 has withdrawn the recognition of petitioner institution for running D.El.Ed course; (b) Pass an appropriate order, direction or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondent No.2, to Restore the Recognition order dated 27.08.2012 granted to the Petitioner Institution, thereby restoring its recognition with all consequential benefits of being a recognized institution; in respect of the aforesaid D.El.Ed course of Petitioner Institution from the present academic session 2025-26; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (c) Pass an appropriate order/direction permitting the petitioner institution to take part in the admission process/counselling for the academic session 2025-2026 and to admit students accordingly.; and (d) Pass an appropriate order, direction to Respondent No.2 to consequently update its website by displaying the recognized status of the Petitioner institution;" 2.

Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel for the respondents, states that the present matter is covered by the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in a batch of similar petitions, one of them being Teachers Training College Mirza v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr., W.P.(C) 5369/2025, order dated 15.12.2025. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed, holding that the directions passed by the Coordinate Bench in paragraphs Nos. 12 to 16 in the judgment of Teachers Training College Mirza (supra) shall apply to the petitioner, including the direction to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling session for the academic session 2025-26. 4.

All respondents shall ensure that petitioner is permitted to participate in the counselling for academic session 2025-26. 5.
