OMP (Comm.)/04/2026 from the Court of Sh. Pulastya Pramachala, District Judge (Commercial Courts), Patiala House Courts (New Delhi), Delhi to the Court of Sh. Bhupesh Kumar, District Judge (Commercial Courts), Patiala House Courts (New Delhi), Delhi.

2. Pass any other/ further order/ direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well, i.e., 04.05.2026. 4.
