The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:- "1. Allow the present petition and transfer the Petition bearing no. OMP (Comm.)/04/2026 from the Court of Sh. Pulastya Pramachala, District Judge (Commercial Courts), Patiala House Courts (New Delhi), Delhi to the Court of Sh. Bhupesh Kumar, District Judge (Commercial Courts), Patiala House Courts (New Delhi), Delhi.

2. Pass any other/ further order/ direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well, i.e., 04.05.2026. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the petition of which transfer is sought, had been dismissed on account of nonprosecution by the learned Trial Court on 30.03.2026.
