% 03.02.2017 This is a petition filed by the petitioners challenging the circular dated 21st December, 2016 whereby Rule 25 (2) (a) with regard to the Constitution of a Selection Committee for recruitment of the Head of the school has been amended.

Mr. Amit Bansal, learned counsel for respondent no.2, the authority which has issued the circular, states that the said circular has been kept in abeyance.

Mr.Rungta, learned senior counsel for the petitioners states that the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 is only to the extent

that the said circular has been kept in abeyance and not withdrawn. He states that the respondent No.2 may revive the said circular. In view of the submission made by Mr. Bansal, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition and the application, if in the eventuality the respondent no.2 decides to revive the circular dated 21st December, 2016 in future.
