Satyam Caterers Limited: OMP (COMM.) 101/2017 is determinative of the questions involved in the present petition and applications including the issue of condonation of delay in filing and re-filing the present petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed for the reasons stated in the Union of India v. Satyam Caterers Limited (supra). The pending applications are also disposed of.
