The petitioner seeks quashing of the demolition order dated 2nd February, 2026 passed by respondent no.1/MCD as the same has been passed in violation of directions passed by the Supreme Court in W.P. (C) No. 295 of 2022, WP (Crl.) 162 of 2022 and WP (C) No. 328 of 2022. 3.
After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Tribunal, MCD ('ATMCD').

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the ATMCD. 5.
