The present petition filed under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 seeks transfer of cases being Criminal Case No. 8836/2022 in proceedings arising from FIR No. 361/2014 at P.S. Sagarpur, Criminal Case No. 10282/2023 in proceedings arising from FIR No. 352/2014 at P.S. Sagarpur, Criminal Case No. 10283/2023 in proceedings arising from FIR No. 232/2014 at P.S. Sagarpur, Criminal Case No. 11957 1 "BNSS"

/2023 in proceedings arising from FIR No. 231/2014 at P.S. Sagarpur, from Patiala House Court, New Delhi to the Dwarka Court, New Delhi. 5.
Counsel for the Petitioner states that all the aforenoted FIRs are based on false and fabricated documents. The Petitioner is the accused in all the FIRs and nature of allegations relates to the same disputed land and therefore, the matter should be transferred as requested. 6.
Apart from making the allegations that the complaints are false and fabricated and that they relate to the same disputed land, there is no other reason forthcoming seeking transfer the petition. All these FIRs are pertaining to the period from 2010 to 2016. Furthermore, Mr. Amit Ahlawat, APP for the State, informs the court that the trial in all the cases is at different stages. It is also pointed out that these may be related to the same parcel of land, however, the Complainants in all cases are different and the incidents also pertains to different timelines. The only common feature is the Petitioner being the accused in all the FIRs. However, this alone cannot be a ground for allowing the request for transfer. 7.
For the reasons noted above, the request made in the present petition is declined.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of along with pending applications.
