In light of the Settlement Agreement dated 25th March, 2025 executed between Petitioner and Respondent No. 2, FIR No. 24/2017 registered under Sections 354A/354D/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Mandir Marg is quashed by this Court in a separate order passed today in CRL.M.C. 3692/2019.

In such circumstances, counsel for the Petitioner states that the reliefs sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous and would like to withdraw the present petition.
