Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceeding for wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 11451/2016 whereby the respondents were directed to suitably upgrade the pay scale of the petitioners within a period of three months and the arrears were to be paid within further three months. 2.

Ms. Lamba, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that despite the above said specific directions, nothing has been done so far by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents appears on advance notice and submits that she has received a communication through e-mail from the respondents and they seek four weeks' time to comply with the order in question.

Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that she would share the e-mail with the learned counsel for the petitioner during course of the day. 5.

In view of the above said specific statement given by the learned counsel for the respondents, Ms. Lamba, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition. 6.

She, however, submits that, in case, nothing is done within a period of four weeks, she may be granted permission to revive the present contempt petition by moving appropriate application.

The present contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
