Heard the learned Counsel for the Parties.

For redressal of their grievances, a representation has already been made by the Petitioners on 04.07.2025 to the Hon'ble Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, which has been enclosed as Annexure-P-3 to this Petition. Another representation has also been made to the Chairman of National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") on 28.06.2025, which is available at Pages 46-47 of this Petition. 3.

be more appropriate for the Petitioners to approach the Officer In-charge of NHAI and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") by way of making a fresh detailed representation taking all the pleas, which may be available to them, and enclosing therewith all the documents on which they intent to rely. The said representation will be made by the Petitioners within a fortnight from today and once the representation is received by the NHAI or the MCD, the same shall be attended to by the competent authorities of these organizations and appropriate action, which may be warranted under law to address the grievances of the Petitioners, shall also be taken forthwith. 4.

We further direct that if any joint survey or action is required by the NHAI or MCD, the officers of these two organisations shall accordingly coordinate among themselves and take appropriate steps so that the grievances raised in this Writ Petition are appropriately attended to. The action which will be warranted shall be taken by the NHAI or the MCD within the shortest period of time, preferably within a period of two months from the date the representation to be made by the Petitioners under this Order is received by the authorities.

The learned Counsel appearing for the NHAI and the MCD are requested to communicate this Order to the authorities concerned forthwith. 6.

The Writ Petition as well as the pending Application stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
