In the wake of our order dated 25th February 2026, the learned counsel for the respective respondents state that, in case, if an objection is raised under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 based on the competence of the Arbitral Tribunal, they have no objection in the learned Arbitrator deciding the said issue.

In the wake of aforesaid, we see no reason to exercise appellate jurisdiction in the matter particularly in the backdrop of the contention of the appellant that the Arbitration Agreement is itself a forged one. 3.
