Learned counsel for the petitioner confines her prayer to issuing a direction to the competent authority of the respondent-Revenue to consider and decide the application/representation made by the petitioner on 31.01.2025, which has been enclosed as Annexure 'E' to the writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, having regard to the innocuous nature of the prayer made, we dispose of this writ petition finally along with the pending applications with a direction to the competent authority of the respondentRevenue to consider and decide the said application dated 31.01.2025, with due expedition preferably within a period of four weeks from today in accordance with law.
