When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners that in view of the fact that Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 provides for a grievance redressal mechanism to a person who aggrieved by the action of an intermediary, and therefore, the Petitioners should approach the Grievance Officer of the Appellate Authority under the said Rules, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners accepts the suggestion made by this Court and seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petitions with liberty to avail the remedy as provided under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 3.

The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the cases.
