After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with the request that the trial court be directed not to permit any unnecessary adjournment in the subject complaint cases.

Accordingly, all these petitions and accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the request to the trial court to expedite disposal of the subject complaint cases keeping in mind the load on the board of the learned trial court and to ensure that no unnecessary adjournment is granted to either side.
