1. On a perusal of the previous orders, the Court finds that since 23rd May 2014, continuous efforts have been made through issuance of nonbailable warrant (NBW) to trace the Appellant. As yet, he remains untraced.

2. The Court accordingly recalls the order dated 16th January 2003 suspending the sentence of the Appellant and dismisses the appeal. Liberty is however granted to the State and/or the Appellant to mention it for listing and hearing once the NBW is executed/the Appellant surrenders and the Appellant is taken into custody.
