of the contractual employees under the Samagra Shiksha Delhi. 2.

Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, learned Standing Counsel for DoE, who appears on advance notice, takes a preliminary objection that the disputes are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"] under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. She clarifies that the jurisdiction of the Tribunal is attracted even in the case of contractual workers.

In view of the aforesaid objection, Mr. Kshitiz Mahipal, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions, with liberty to approach the Tribunal. 4.

The writ petitions, alongwith the pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merit of the disputes in these writ petitions.
