The present Review Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking review of the judgment dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court.

Despite sufficient opportunity, learned counsel representing the Petitioner has failed to draw the attention of this Court to any patent illegality or error apparent on the face of the record or any other ground warranting review of the aforesaid judgment. Instead, the learned counsel has made submissions seeking to re-agitate the matter on merits thereby arguing additional grounds, which is not permissible within the limited scope of review jurisdiction. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the Review Petition, along with pending application, stands dismissed.
