The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the complaints filed by the respondent no.2 against the present petitioners. 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State invites the attention of the Court to the status report to contend that the complaints were examined and upon investigation it was found that no cognizable offence was made out and, accordingly, all the complaints made by both the parties against each other were closed after the inquiry. 3.

In view of the above statement of the learned ASC, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
