Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 submits that requisite steps have been taken to ensure that the amount of the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) be remitted to the bank account of the petitioner. 2.

The said amount is to the tune of Rs.6,17,631/-. It is assured and undertaken that the said amount shall be duly credited to the bank account of the petitioner within a period of three days from today. 3.

The above resolves the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition.

Accordingly, the present application along with the present petition stands disposed of.
