% 24.04.2017 Parties have settled the matter through Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement dated 10.03.2017 is available on record. Parties have agreed to withdraw their respective cases, namely the present petition filed by the petitioner and the respondent is to withdraw the consumer complaint.
