CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 08.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner i.e. School Management Committee of Lady Irwin Senior Secondary School, has inter alia sought a direction to respondent nos.1 to 3 to take action against respondent nos.4 to 6 i.e. Acting Head, Manager & Acting Manager of the School on account of various alleged illegalities being committed by them. It appears that before approaching this court, the petitioner had already made various representations to respondent no.1 including representations dated 25th April, 2016, 17th May, 2016, 22nd August, 2016 & 12th September, 2016, which remained unactioned by respondent no.1 and in these circumstances, while issuing notice in the present petition, this Court had vide its order dated 13th

January, 2017, directed respondent nos.1 to 3, to pass an order on the said representations. Today, learned counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to the aforesaid directions, the respondent no.1 has passed a detailed order dated 22nd February, 2017, finding merit in some of the contentions raised by the petitioner. The said order has till date not been challenged by any of the parties and, therefore, it is expected that the respondent nos.1 to 3 would take steps to ensure implementation of the directions given in the said order. Needless to say, it will be open for the concerned respondent to challenge the aforesaid order dated 22nd February, 2017 in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 22nd February, 2017, the petition stands satisfied and may be disposed of as such.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
