The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1 to immediately restore the electricity connection, i.e., CA No. 151173962 of property bearing Plot No. 1, Second Floor, North Avenue Road, West, Club Road, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi-110026. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the order dated 11th February, 2025, passed by this Court, the electricity of the premises in question has already been restored on 13th February, 2025.

At this stage, respondent no. 2 appearing in person, submits that he is the owner of the property. question to M/s DR DG Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. However, he submits that the present petition has been filed by a stranger, Mr. Puneet Malhotra, as he has nothing to do with M/s DR DG Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. 4.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed over to this Court the authorization letter, in favour of Mr. Puneet Malhotra, from DR DG Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The same has been filed before this Court, vide Diary No. 2288406/2025, and is taken on record. 5.

The respondent no. 2 in person, submits that the present petition has been filed on the basis of forged signature and forged documents. 6.

This Court notes that the only controversy before this Court pertains to the restoration of the electricity connection with respect to the property in question.

It is undisputed that pursuant to the orders passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court, the electricity connection has already been restored by the respondent no. 1.

In case, respondent no. 2 is aggrieved by any issue, as regards any illegal activity being undertaken by the petitioner, the respondent no. 2 is at liberty to seek his remedies, as per law.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the electricity connection has been restored, the grievance, as raised in the present petition stands, satisfied.

Accordingly, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is disposed of, as satisfied.
